NOTICE: Because of the spread of various tree diseases in the Iowa and surrounding states, no outside fire-wood is allowed on the property.
We have plenty of free fire-wood for your use in the fire ring.
Our Rates
Our rates are very low, considering you will get the entire house and woods to yourself.
- $200 per night Fri, Sat, and holidays
- $150 per night Sun through Thurs
- $1000 per week (with the seventh night free)
- Rates are based on 6 adults. There is a $20.00 per night fee for each additional adult (16 and older).
- A deposit of $150.00 is required. Reservations will be confirmed when deposit is received.
Winter Retreat - Special Rates!
- From Jan 2 through Mar 31
- $150 per night Fri & Sat
- $100 per night Sun – Thurs
- $700 per week (with the seventh night free)
- $20 per night fee for each additional adult (16 and older)
